Trevor is a professional massage therapist with over 20 years experience helping people move and function with less pain and less stress. He also owns and runs The Glasgow Treatment Rooms.

Over the years Trevor has worked with a wide variety of clients with many different health and fitness goals or pain problems. Drawing on techniques from Sports, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point therapy, he’s experienced in getting rid of those annoying knots and tender spots we all seem to have lurking in our backs and shoulders. He’s expert at massaging the neck to improve your range of motion and make you feel an extra inch taller. If you’re looking for sports maintenance or injury prevention/treatment, Trevor can help you achieve your PB and recover quicker. Whatever aches and pains you may be feeling, Trevor has techniques in his massage toolbox to make you feel better.
Trevor likes to learn as much background information as possible, this helps him build a better picture of your lifestyle and habits. Combined with movement and hands-on assessment, Trevor will work with you to identify areas where improvements can be made, build a realistic and achievable treatment plan and ultimately help you reach your goals.
Trevor believes you play an important, if not crucial, role in achieving pain-free movement and health. With this in mind he often prescribes simple ‘Movement Improvement’ homework aimed at complimenting the on-table massage work. He will usually only prescribe one ‘Movement Improvement’ exercise at a time, progressively moving you from simple to advanced movements as you become more able. Only a small portion of each session is taken up with checking, correcting and demonstrating these ‘Movement Improvement’ exercises, the majority of each session is dedicated to hands-on massage.
