We have a rare opportunity, the possibility to work out of the Glasgow Treatment Rooms.
Why so rare we hear you ask?
Therapists very rarely leave. We don’t have a high turnover of therapists, most stick around for quite some time.
Why the sudden availability?
A bit of a re-jig has opened up the potential to offer room space to another amazing massage therapist to join the team.
We are a close knit team, more akin to a family than a work team. With this in mind, we’re looking for someone to embrace into our therapy family, someone who has a similar mindset and goals to the rest of the team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, inspired and knowledgable.
Someone energetic, fun and yet laid-back.
Someone who can rock out the best massages Glasgow has ever seen.
You obviously need to be a fully qualified massage therapist and have malpractice insurance.
You don’t need to have years and years of experience but we aren’t looking for someone straight out of training either.
Preferably you’ll have at least two years working as a massage therapist under your belt.
We’re seeking someone who’s committed to being an amazing massage therapist; not a student looking to gain hands-on skills whilst they’re training to be something else like a Physio or sports therapist.
We realise these are tall orders, but we’re sure the right massage therapist is out there and we’re happy to wait until they come our way.
This is a self-employed position, you are responsible for running your own business!
You will run your own client base and schedule, process your own payments, do your own bookkeeping and deal with your own Income Tax and National Insurance.
We will help you attract clients, show you how to market yourself and support you in building your client base but ultimately you are responsible for doing the leg work.
If you think you’d fit in at GTR and are committed to put in the work to build a thriving massage client base, please get in touch.
In the first instance, we’d like to see a copy of your CV and read some chat about yourself – nothing too serious, keep it fun.
